My name is Agent 6. My mission was to review the Oliveros XL Double Corojo (For Men). As an asset of The Cigar Spy agency I promise to respect the A.S.H.E.S. code of honor. These are the facts. This is my report.

Oliveros XL Double Corojo (aka Oliveros XL for Men)

Wrapper: Dominican Corojo

Filler: Dominican (Corojo), Nicaraguan (ligero), & Honduran
Vitola: Figurado (6.0″ x 55)

Mission Notes:

During my many vast travels over the past few months, I have captured many targets. Though they have not been interrogated, in time, they will all feel the wrath of Agent 6…. *grin*.

Some of the places I’ve visited include: Afghanistanland, New Zealandopolis, Constantinopleville. Also Pennsylvania. (by visit I mean visiting Wikipedia and looking at pictures. Except for Constantinopleville. I’ve been there. Twice.)

This cigar was hefty in both ring gauge and weight, thus earning the moniker “XL for Men”. However, with a small blade and fire, I was back in control. Draw was perfect, wrapper without blemishes.  The burn was consistent and only needed relighted once. On to the flavors.

Complex nutty, woody flavors that finish with mild coffee bean. The finish was remarkably clean and smooth. The smoke was thick but doesn’t coat the entire palate. The Olivero XL burned slowly and cool, satisfyingly pleasant. This would be perfect after a large steak dinner (for Men), after scotch (for Men), and after belching (for Men).

Final Statement:

This was the first Oliveros product I have enjoyed, and if I can expect more of the same, great! Oh, and by the way, it’s great being back in action (I just peed a little)!
