Cigar Transmission #021
My name is Agent 10. My mission was to review the Cibao Pequenos Perfecto, by Jose Blanco. As an asset of The Cigar Spy agency I promise to respect the A.S.H.E.S. code of honor. These are the facts. This is my debriefing.
Target Name:
Cibao Pequeno Perfecto
Target Vitals:
Size: Perfecto: 4 x 51/38
Wrapper: Connecticut
Binder: Dominican
Filler: Dominican
Background Info:
A gem from Jose Blanco, Cibao will delight fans of the mild and mellow. These things are really gorgeous, with a creamy, unintrusive flavor designed for those who favor the smooth, mellow and mild over the spicy, strong and robust. - Cigars International

Mission Notes:
This cigar came by way of the Boss, Agent 15 in a contest I won- Thanks Boss! Now lets get right down to it. The first thing that confused me, is that in all the research I’ve done, the Cibao Pequeno PErfecto always has a nipple at the foot- which is not how I received this cigar (see above picture). I can only assume it was either made incorrectly, or chopped off along its way to me.
The draw on this cigar was fantastic and had an excellent wrapper free of’ blemishes. After lighting up, I found this cigar to be very mild, much like the description above states. “Unintrusive flavors” is correct- the most dominant flavor in this cigar was simple hearty tobacco. Coupled with hints of coffee and chocolate and the aroma, only one thing flew into my mind: pancakes. Thats right, this cigar reminds me of pancakes.
The ash on this cigar is very nicely white, but very flaky. After deciding to purge the cigar, I got a light tobacco flavor with slight spice, overall sweetness and the flavor of toast. In a blind test I might have said this was the JPG Fumadores I revied earlier in the month.
Final Statement:
This cigar was pleasant, but nothing to keep your eye on. An unintrusive mellow cigar that is relaxing while you finish up yard work or read a good book. I urge others to also try the JPG Fumadores which can be found here.
I want to first of all thank all of our Troops fighting for our freedom, and all of our veterans who have fought for this glorious country we all live in. Have a happy Memorial day, and G-d Bless America.
